Three Billy Goats Fairy Tale : Fingerplay

GoatSNGThere’s a troll, there’s a troll,
MAKE A SCARY FACE
there’s a troll under the bridge.
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
There’s a goat, there’s a goat,
GRAB CHIN AND PULL DOWN AS IF STROKING A BEARD
there’s an itty bitty billy goat.
PUT INDEX FINGER AND THUMB CLOSE TOGETHER

Hear a trip, Hear a trap,
PAT THIGHS
Hear a trip trap over the bridge.
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
Here’s the troll, Here’s the troll,
MAKE A SCARY FACE
Here’s the troll on the bridge.
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
Hear a roar, Hear a roar,
CUP HAND OVER MOUTH
But the billy goat has a plan
TAP TEMPLE WITH FINGER

Troll just wait, just wait
HAND OUT, PALM AWAY FROM YOU
Just wait for a bigger goat.
HANDS TOGETHER, THEN SPREAD APART

There’s a goat, there’s a goat
GRAB CHIN AND PULL DOWN AS IF STROKING A BEARD
there’s little bit bigger goat
HANDS TOGETHER, THEN SPREAD APART

Hear a trip, Hear a trap,
PAT THIGHS
Hear a trip trap over the bridge.
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
Here’s the troll, Here’s the troll,
MAKE A SCARY FACE
Here’s the troll on the bridge.
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
Hear a roar, Hear a roar
CUP HAND OVER MOUTH
But the billy goat has a plan
TAP TEMPLE WITH FINGER

Troll just wait, just wait
HAND OUT, PALM AWAY FROM YOU
Just wait for a bigger goat.
HANDS TOGETHER, THEN SPREAD APART

There’s a goat, there’s a goat
GRAB CHIN AND PULL DOWN AS IF STROKING A BEARD
there’s biggest of the billy goats
HANDS TOGETHER, THEN SPREAD APART

Hear a trip, Hear a trap,
PAT THIGHS
Hear a trip trap over the bridge.
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
Here’s the troll, Here’s the troll,
MAKE A SCARY FACE
Here’s the troll on the bridge.
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
Hear a roar, Hear a roar
CUP HAND OVER MOUTH
But the billy goat has a plan
TAP TEMPLE WITH FINGER

Head goes down, horns points up
MOVE FIST DOWNWARDS
STICK 2 FINGERS OUT OF FIST OF HEAD LIKE HORNS
Head goes down so the horns point up
AS BEFORE
Here’s the charge! Here’s the charge!
MOVE HAND WITH HORNS FORWARD
The Billy Goat rammed the troll!
COLLIDE HORNED FIST INTO OPPOSITE HAND AND SEND IT FLYING

Now the bridge, now the bridge,
PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH
Now there’s no troll under the bridge.
SHAKE HEAD; PUT FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO MAKE AN ARCH

Build Your House
Words by CK Emanuel
To the tune of: Row Row Row Your Boat

Build, build, build your house,
PUT ONE HAND ON TOP OF EACH OTHER AS IF LAYING  BRICKS
TOUCH FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO FASHION A TRIANGLE,
Make it very strong.
FLEX ARMS ON EITHER SIDE OF HEAD IN A “STRONG-    MAN” POSE
Happily, happily, happily, happily,
SMILE AND CLAP ON EACH WORD
Home is where we belong.
TOUCH FINGERTIPS TOGETHER TO FASHION A TRIANGLE, POINT TO CHEST

A Bicycle Built for Two: Fingerplay

a two seater bicycle with wheels in the shape of hearts

A Bicycle Built for Two
Traditional American Folk Song; Actions by CK Emanuel

Daisy, Daisy,
WAVE HELLO
Give me your answer do;
HAND IN FRONT AND THEN  BRING IT TO CHEST AS IF TAKING SOMETHING
I’m half crazy
TOUCH FINGERTIPS TO TEMPLES, MOVE AWAY FROM HEAD AND SPREAD OUT FINGERS LIKE EXPLOSION
All for the love of you.
PLACE HANDS OVER HEART;
POINT TO SOMEONE
It won’t be a stylish marriage,
PRETEND TO PUT A RING ON FINGER
I can’t afford a carriage;
SHOW EMPTY PALMS
But you’ll look sweet upon the seat
POINT TO SOMEONE;
EXTEND TWO FINGERS FLAT, THEN “SIT” TWO FINGERS FROM OPPOSITE HAND UPON IT.
Of a bicycle built for two!
MOVE HANDS IN A CIRCLE AS IF
PEDALING A BIKE;
HOLD UP TWO FINGERS
