Watermelon: Fingerplay

Watermelon
Words and Actions by CK Emanuel

I saw a little watermelon,
CUP HANDS IN FRONT
It grew so big and round:
SPREAD HANDS APART
The outside peel was green,
DRAW A CIRCLE USING BOTH HANDS
The inside rind was white,
DRAW A SMALLER CIRCLE USING BOTH HANDS
The fruit itself was pink and juicy,
RUB BELLY
But spotted with small black seeds.
BRING POINTER AND THUMB TOGETHER
I didn’t swallow those.
SHAKE HEAD NO.
